Logging on

On starting Eclair, the Logon screen displays. You must enter your user code and password correctly. The name in the User code field may default to the user who last logged on at this terminal. You can overwrite this entry as required.

Use the Tab key to navigate from one field to another. The password will be hidden by a series of dots to prevent recognition as you type.

Click the Logon button or press Enter when all the details have been entered. Unsuccessful logons result in an error. After a successful logon, your default first page displays. The name of the user who is currently logged on displays in the top left corner.

During logon, Eclair checks the version of the browser you are using. If not currently supported, a warning is given that certain features may not function correctly and in some cases you may not be granted access at all.
